Plagiarism in music
In our time of music, songs and other authorship, a rapid increase in creative copyright material is inevitable. And, as a consequence, there are many disputes and litigations in various areas of plagiarism, which in turn represents a wide range of material for these disputes.
Let's take a single song as an example, where a certain part of, say, a verse resembles another song written earlier. In my opinion, one should not rush to draw certain conclusions and hang labels. The essence of plagiarism is not notes, and not a sequence that looks like something, but a certain "untwisted" material, which is some kind of material or intellectual creative value that brings some benefit to the beneficiary.
